I am married and we have a daughter and two great grandkids. We are active in and attend a local christian church.

I was first licensed in 1976. I have lived in So. California since 1952. I graduated from Fontana High School, attended Chaffey Jr. college. I served my country in the US Navy from 1962-1967. After being honorably discharged I went on to attend and graduated from San Jose State (go spartans)with honors - I was the Shubert Foundation Fellow.I did my graduate work at UCLA (go bruins)where I also taught and received a DGuild Fellowship.

I have been Realtor of the Year on several occasions. It is given for maintaining the highest ethical standards and providing leadership in many areas of the North County Board of Realtors. I have numerous awards for excellence and a vast background in residential, land, and commercial real estate representing both buyers and sellers.(see below) Marketing and negotiations are my strong suits. As I indicated, I am very active in the Board of Realtors and its many community activities and oversight of the ethical role of realtors. I have many letters of reference I'd be happy to share with you .
